Before we start the actual search process, we endeavour to get to know our client, in particular its field of activity as well as the Vision, Mission and the strategic roadmap. Certainly it is of high significance for us to clearly encompass the position to be filled as well as its environment, following the 360 Degree principle. We highly value that a true relationship is built with our client. Therefore we strive to be in regular contact, before and during the search process as well as after the successful filling of the position.

For the research, we use a systematic course of action: the selective and discreet direct approach. As a matter of principle, we exclude blind headhunting. Upon client request and depending on the position and the market situation, the search will be either national or international. Candidates screening is handled with proven methods amongst others with structured interviews. In the crucial phase of the final selection we bear responsibility and take an active role in the proceedings. As far as the client demands it, we can revert to our network for additional external expertise.

The entire process can be implemented either in English, French or German. We hold the authorisation for the practice of private placement services in Switzerland, the Principalty of Liechtenstein and cross-border according to the Swiss legislation.
